These terms cover this website and Mara Awakens Publisher, a private tool used by the operator of the Mara Awakens accounts to upload content to those accounts. Both are operated by Maksims Burcenko, Riga, Latvia.
Who this software is for
Mara Awakens Publisher is not a public product. It is not offered for download, sale, or registration. It has exactly one user — the operator — and it acts only on social media accounts that the operator owns. There is no sign-up, no account system, and no way for a third party to use it.
What it does
The tool takes media files the operator has produced and uploads them to the operator's own social media accounts through the official APIs of those platforms, using access the operator has personally granted through the platform's own authorisation screen. It does not act on anyone else's account and does not read anyone else's content.
Platform rules come first
Where these terms and a platform's own terms and developer policies differ, the platform's rules apply. The operator is responsible for making sure the content uploaded meets those rules, including disclosure of AI-generated media.
Content and AI disclosure
Mara is an AI character. Her images and videos are generated, not photographed, and this is stated openly on the accounts and on this site. Content is published under the accounts' own labels for synthetic media where the platform provides them.
Content ownership
The text, images, and videos published as Mara belong to the operator. You are welcome to share and quote them with attribution. Reposting them as your own, or using them to imply that Mara is a real person or that she endorses something, is not permitted.
No warranty
This site and the tool are provided as they are, with no guarantee of availability, correctness, or fitness for any purpose. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from their use.

These terms may change. The date at the top of this page shows when they last did.
